Leveraging our in-depth background in military, national security and complex ICT environments, we have a vast network of skilled project staff for diverse, complex projects.

Arc Professional Services is a veteran-first organisation drawing from our history with the Australian Defence Force and continuing on that we have a strong focus on supporting and volunteering in our community.

We have vast experience in systems integration and capability delivery. Identifying a need in the private sector, we now extend our expertise to support government missions and community needs.

Our Licenses and Access

Defence Industry Security Program (DISP)

Arc Professional Services is a member of the Defence Industry Security Program (DISP), a security vetting initiative for Australian businesses. DISP ensures trust and reliability for the Department of Defence, national security agencies, and other government bodies (both Australian and foreign) when acquiring goods and services from industry participants.

As part of the DISP:

• The program distinctly communicates the necessary security policies, standards, and procedures for its members

• It mandates members to adhere to proper security requirements when fulfilling Defence contracts and bids

• Members are obliged to competently comprehend and address security risks throughout their operations

Prime Ministers Veterans' Employment Program

The Prime Minister's Veterans' Employment Program highlights the government's dedication to increasing awareness of the capabilities, values, and expertise that veterans contribute to civilian work environments.

The Australian Defence Force (ADF) commits substantial resources to the development of its personnel, who possess a wide array of skills and experiences. Veterans' skill sets, which encompass demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities, are highly sought-after and easily transferable to civilian jobs.

Arc Professional Services holds a valid labour-hire licenses in the Australian Capital Territory and in Queensland, with license numbers ACTLHL00001129 and LHL-07106-Z9F0X respectively.

Our Sustainabiliy Statement

At Arc, we are reducing our operational footprint by generating and using more clean electricity onsite. Our 28 kW rooftop solar array, paired with 27 kWh of battery storage, helps us avoid around 100 tonnes of CO2-e each year, based on our internal monitoring and calculation methodology.

How it works
Our system is actively managed to maximise the value of every kilowatt-hour we produce. Solar generation supplies our site first, and the battery stores surplus energy for later use. This helps us reduce reliance on grid electricity, smooth demand peaks, and increase onsite consumption of renewable energy.

Active management and transparent logging
To ensure we can stand behind our reporting, we track system performance and energy flows through regular logging and review. Our approach aligns with recognised greenhouse gas accounting principles, including the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, to support consistent measurement and documentation of emissions impacts.

What we track

Solar generation (kWh), by day and month
Battery charge and discharge (kWh), including round trip performance
Site consumption and solar self-consumption rate
Grid imports and exports
System uptime, maintenance events, and performance anomalies

Why it matters
Reducing emissions is not just about installing equipment, it is about operating it well. By actively managing our solar and battery system and keeping a clear audit trail, we can quantify the impact, identify improvements over time, and report progress with confidence.
