2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information for:

  • Recruitment: To match you with suitable job opportunities and submit your application to potential employers

  • Verification: To verify your qualifications, experience, and security clearance status where required

Given the nature of government contractor roles, we may collect and process information about your security clearance status. This information is:

  • Used solely for matching you with roles requiring specific clearance levels
  • Stored securely in accordance with the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF)
  • Never shared beyond what is necessary for legitimate recruitment purposes
